How It Works
Three Principles. Zero Freeze.
1
Protect the metal
The thermal layer keeps all metal contact points above freeze threshold.
2
Prevent standing water
Micro-flow during operational pauses keeps water in motion.
3
Remove residual water
Purge protocol clears the system when operations end.
Operational Protocol
From Scene to Support
Setup Phase
During the initial deployment, ZeroFreeze™ systems are integrated with the supply lines. Thermal sensors calibrate to the ambient temperature and the water source.
The system runs silent checks every 30 seconds to monitor for initial drop-off at critical joints.
Operation Phase
As operations proceed, the system maintains homeostasis. If flow stops for more than 45 seconds in sub-zero conditions, the micro-flow protocol activates automatically.
This keeps water in motion at the most vulnerable points without affecting main line pressure.
